How to Delete Your Data

You can request complete deletion of your WRVLT account and all associated data by following these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3. We will confirm your request and delete all your data within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and profile information
• All uploaded photos (outfit images, wardrobe items, profile photos)
• Analysis reports and history
• Wardrobe data and styling preferences
• Location and email settings

Note: Anonymized, de-identified styling metadata (e.g., clothing categories, color trends, seasonal patterns) may be retained for aggregate trend analysis and service improvement. No personally identifiable information is included in this data.

Payment Records

Transaction records processed through Polar may be retained by Polar in accordance with their legal and financial obligations. WRVLT will remove all payment-related data from our own systems. For questions about payment data held by Polar, please refer to Polar's Privacy Policy.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it from your Account settings before requesting data deletion. If you request deletion with an active subscription, we will cancel it and process a prorated refund if applicable.
