Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your WRVLT experience. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for our different products and services.
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscription ($5.99/month)
- You may cancel at any time from your Account settings. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but you retain full access until it ends.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription purchase and have not used subscriber-only features (wardrobe uploads, daily emails), you may request a full refund.
Yearly Subscription ($39/year)
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days, cancellation stops auto-renewal but no prorated refund is issued. You retain access until the end of your subscription period.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
Subject: Refund Request
Include: Your account email, the product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Polar, our payment partner.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Upon refund of a subscription, subscriber features (wardrobe access, daily emails) are immediately deactivated.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- Subscription periods that have already been fully used
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated styling advice (as outcomes naturally vary)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
