1. Service Overview

WRVLT ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered personal styling service operated by WRDTA. The Service analyzes your outfit photos and provides fashion recommendations based on your body type, weather conditions, and personal style preferences.

By accessing or using WRVLT at wrvlt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WRVLT. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Facebook login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription

WRVLT offers the following paid service:

Premium Subscription: $5.99/month or $39/year — includes smart wardrobe (up to 100 items for monthly, 150 items for yearly), daily styling emails, and body profile analysis.

All prices are in USD and may be updated with prior notice.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are securely processed through Polar (polar.sh), our payment partner. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
You will receive a payment receipt via email for every transaction.
All payment data (credit card numbers, billing details) is handled entirely by Polar. WRVLT does not store your payment information.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings within WRVLT.
After cancellation, you retain access to subscriber features until the end of your current billing period.
Your wardrobe data is preserved after cancellation. If you resubscribe, your wardrobe will be available immediately.

8. User Content

By uploading photos to WRVLT, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the Service (outfit analysis, wardrobe management, styling recommendations).

You retain full ownership of all content you upload.
We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with other users.
Guest photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Registered users may delete their photos and data at any time.

9. AI-Generated Content

All styling analyses, outfit suggestions, and fashion recommendations are generated by AI. This content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional fashion consulting. Results may vary based on photo quality and information provided.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Upload inappropriate, illegal, offensive, or harmful content
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
Create multiple accounts to abuse the Service
Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WRVLT (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by WRDTA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

WRVLT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRDTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to WRVLT in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
